Orthodontic Care Specialist
I grew up in the Birmingham area. I have the best parents, an older sister, a great brother-in-law, and the most adorable niece. I love being surrounded by family and friends. I enjoy a lazy day at home while watching a good Hallmark movie.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE DENTISTRY?
Dentistry just fell in my lap. I heard of an office hiring a dental assistant and were willing to train someone. I thought I would give it a try and so I jumped at the opportunity. I have now been in the dental field for five years and loving it!
WHAT IS THE BEST PART OF YOUR JOB?
I love taking braces off and seeing a patient’s face light up when they first see their new beautiful smile.
WHAT ASPECT OF YOUR PERSONALITY ADDS THE MOST VALUE TO THE OFFICE?
I love to make people laugh. I try to be happy and silly to make the patient feel more comfortable.
WHAT DO YOU DO OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE?
I enjoy being with family and friends, especially my niece. She has my whole heart! I am always up for a weekend getaway to the beach or anywhere. I also love baseball. Go Braves!
WHAT’S ONE ITEM ON YOUR BUCKET LIST?
I would love to visit New York! Shop, eat good food, and see something on Broadway.
SHARE AN INTERESTING FACT ABOUT YOURSELF
I love to sing. I grew up in church singing in the kids’ choir, youth choir, youth band, adult choir, and Praise Team. Now I love to sing in the church congregation and in the car with the radio turned up. And let’s not forget my cousins and I putting on a dance and singing routine for our parents when we were kids!
Orthodontic Care Specialist
I chose dentistry because growing up I loved going to the dentist. The dentist and assistants there made it relaxing and fun for every appointment. I wanted to give that back to my patients and have them love coming to the dentist as much as I did!
WHAT IS THE BEST PART OF YOUR JOB?
The best part of my job is getting to know all the patients personally. I love getting to know everybody outside of the office and also helping them get the smile they love!
WHAT ASPECT OF YOUR PERSONALITY ADDS THE MOST VALUE TO THE OFFICE?
I consider myself as someone who never meets a stranger. That being my personality I feel like our patients don’t feel like they are just a patient, but they are our friends who we happen to fix their smile for them 🙂
WHAT DO YOU DO OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE?
Outside of the office you can find me hiking with my husband and dog Camper. Or at any sales going on at Hobby Lobby, Target, TJ Maxx, or Homegoods!
WHAT’S ONE ITEM ON YOUR BUCKET LIST?
One item on my bucket list is to go to Greece one day

I grew up in a small town just north of Birmingham. I am married and have a beautiful little girl who always keeps us entertained! We love spending time with our friends and family either at church, watching sports, traveling, or just hanging out!
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE DENTISTRY?
I love meeting new people and being able to tell them that having the beautiful smile they’ve always wanted is possible!
WHAT IS THE BEST PART OF YOUR JOB?
Seeing the excitement on someone’s face when they start their new smile journey!
WHAT ASPECT OF YOUR PERSONALITY ADDS THE MOST VALUE TO THE OFFICE?
I feel like I’m a good listener, and I think I’m able to really hear what patients want and what means the most to them. And I think that helps give our patients a good experience here at our office!
WHAT DO YOU DO OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE?
I spend time with my family and I have a podcast that I work on in my spare time!

I want to see the Northern Lights!
